In crafting BALAGAN's menu, Artem drew inspiration from the rich culture of Azerbaijan, its unique culinary features, and distinct local ingredients.

Leading the culinary direction of the project is Brand Chef Artem Rzaev - gold medalist of the Moscow Culinary and Service Open Championship among juniors in 2012, and bronze medalist of the Russian Championship among juniors in 2014.

ABOUT THE CHEF

He applied his extensive experience working with international cuisine acquired in restaurants like Alexander Rappoport's, NOVIKOV GROUP, and GINZA project.
